In Crystal River, our fishing is solely dependent on the tides and our winter time tides sometimes do not allow us to get back in the creeks where the fish love to be that time of year. Well, we have figured out the boat that can get us there no matter how much water is in the creeks. The Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, and Black Drum have nowhere to go when the water falls out this time of year — except for the many holes and springs in our area. The Cotton Mouth Mud Boat is the only means of transportation that can bring us to these deeper pockets where the fishing is 100% like “Fishing in a Barrell”.
