Experience the thrill of one of nature's most powerful apex predators and be a part of shark conservation and research. The Reel Candy Team is participating in NOAA's apex predator program and working with Gray FishTag Research to help with the protection of our oceans. Sharks play a vital role in the overall health of our oceans. They are top predators and keep other fish populations healthy and in proportion for their ecosystem. Tagging sharks has provided us with invaluable information on migratory patterns, life histories, movement patterns, social connections, habitat use, and more.
