You will be able to click on a link and sign your contract electronically and submit to us online so when you arrive for your rental the "paperwork" is DONE!
You also have the ability to pay your balance owed in advance so when you arrive you are already checked in and ready to go!
Deposits are only refunded in the event of bad weather. All day rain, high winds or when the coast guard has issued a small craft advisory. You have the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling your day.
Pontoon Boats & Kayaks deposit - approximately 30% of cost of the rental to confirm your reservation. This deposit comes off your final balance. When you arrive, you only pay the balance of the rental. We do not take additional cash deposits or holds on your credit card.

Boating Policy:

PREVIOUS BOATING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!! If you do not have boating experience you MUST hire a captain at $25/hour for your first rental.
The captain will teach you the ins and outs of boating in our area. Once he is satisfied with your skill level then you can book a self drive. We highly encourage you to also take the online Florida Boater's Safety Course before you arrive.
You must be 21 to rent an engine powered vessel or 18 to rent canoes and kayaks.

Pets Policy:

Pet(s) count toward your total weight allowance (remember we have a scale!)
Pet(s) MUST be on a leash (FL Law) and life jackets are recommended for your animal's safety.
We DO NOT provide life jackets for animals
Owner responsible for ALL damage caused by pet
Pets are ONLY allowed on the North Anclote Sandbar Island
