The Holidays include; Memorial Day (5/22-5/25), Fourth of July (7/3-7/6), and Labor Day (9/4-9/7). Holiday rates will be applied to any boat rented during these time periods.
Changes to existing reservation boat type, rental date or time must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Please call the location in which the reservation as made to make these arrangements. If you change a to a different rental type a $25.00 change fee will apply.

Boating policy:

To rent a boat from Sinclair Marina, you must be at least 25 years old and present a valid driver's license upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone for any reason.
Click the blue Damage Waiver ($49.00) to get an explanation of the waiver program. This is not insurance and it is optional
A major credit card authorization (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Debit) shall be retained by the LESSOR. In case of damage where the cost of which is not immediately ascertainable, the Lessee will approve credit card authorization for any portion be applied for damages or loss
Please arrive for your rental 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to ensure the entire rental time is allotted. Rental times cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
A confirmed reservation will hold your vessel for up to 30 minutes after your scheduled departure time, after which it will be considered a “No Show” and the entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
Once you are out on the water late returns will be charged $75.00 for each 15-minute past your scheduled return time regardless of the reason
This includes running out of fuel, you will be charged$80.00, so please keep an eye on your gas gauge.
Up to $75 can be enforced and taken out if the watercraft is not returned in the same condition (clean and free of any pet hair).
It is against the law to overload the boat past maximum capacity. You are not only risking getting a ticket, but you will be fined $100 from us.
If you beach any watercraft you will be fined $100. Beaching any boat will result in prop or impeller damage. If there is damage you will be charged for that as well.

Pet policy:

Pets allowed
We do allow your dogs on our vessels. Be mindful that any damage or excessive hair will require a clean-up fee to be applied to your account.
