If you plan on showing up late for a rental it is important to inform staff at the time of booking. If you are running behind please contact our staff and let them know. After an hour we will make an attempt to contact you. Half an hour after that we will offer the rental to customers on our waiting list.
In Most Cases we do not require a deposit for reservations. In the event of a weekly or longer rental we normally require a 10% deposit that is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to reservation date.

Boating policy:

Late return of the boat could result in a $20.00 charge per 10 minutes late.
You must be at least 25 years old and have prior boating experience.
No boating license is required in the State of Michigan.
Must have a valid Drivers License and Credit Card.
Each boat is equipped with all emergency equipment, including adult life jackets.
If you need childrens or special sizes please let us know either in advance or at the time of your reservation. We do not provide infant life vests. They must be provided by the renter for safety reasons.
Boat may not be operated under the influence of Alcohol.
Rentals will be cancelled in the event that we feel the boater does not know how to properly operate the vessel.

Pet policy:

Responsible pet owners can bring their family dog(s) for $25 SERVICE FEE and a signed Pet Addendum on file.
